Yoshie Allan

Japanese-born and UK-based, Yoshie is a mixed-media artist with a background in fashion design. Working professionally since 2006, she has created artwork for retail campaigns, picture books, hospital murals and surface pattern design, alongside leading creative workshops and art events.

Her practice explores the interplay between nature, memory, curiosity and emotion through expressive colour, layered media, and abstract and geometric forms.

Her work has been exhibited internationally, with further exhibitions in preparation.
