My approach to the world is rooted in fatalism and fearless observation. I do not point my camera out of a desire to interfere, nor do I harbor the illusion of 'saving' what is destined to fade. Instead, I exist purely as a silent observer, documenting the inevitable flow of time and sharing its raw truth.Whether confronting the sublime, freezing void of the Tibetan Changtang plateau, the secluded, patriarchal architectures of Jiangyong where the secret Nüshu script was born, or the fragile, misty ecosystems of the Dongting wetlands, my lens remains emotionally detached yet profoundly focused. Deeply rooted in documentary filmmaking, my photographic practice is the result of years of field research and technical mastery in extreme environments. I have honed my skills through extensive fieldwork in the high-altitude regions of Tibet, blending scientific observation with fine art aesthetics to capture unique natural phenomena.
