This Artwork is part of an on-going series of various collages. It is made up of found papers, vintage 19th century handwriting, a cut out photo of the Goddess Artemis found in the Archaeological Museum of Naples and some original entrance tickets for museum and archaeological sites in Egypt. The aim of this fanciful juxtaposition of the various pasted papers together with a simple colour scheme is to convey a mysterious sense of the past. It is bound to attract the curious attention of any Viewer . And once appropriately Matted and/or Framed by the Buyer, it will be suitable to hang anywhere either by itself or among other artworks.
