ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Beneath the surface, hidden all around us and within us, are treasures--of beauty, light, life, and creativity. I made this during a residency at Chateau Orquevaux, France, where I was in the process of uncovering new themes in my life and practice. Like the japanese art of kintsugi, this piece also embodies an acceptance of change and the possibility of rebuilding. Ready to be framed.
