Contact us.Born in the 1960s, Eric Lafoy left France in 1987 for a new life in London. Comes 2022 and after 35 years, Eric decides to leave England and returns to France.
In his art, Eric invents an imaginary world filled with fantasies inspired by everyday London society life, which he obsessively uses in his creations. By nature, Eric is an unconditional admirer of surrealism.
Music is in his art. Through the incessant bombardment of images and sounds, Eric expresses himself through vibrant colours, frenetic shapes, and lines.
Stepping back, other facets of Eric's work begin to surface. Eroticism and the feminine form emerge in voyeuristic ways: skin, flesh, dark lips, and sumptuous curves. Eric's creations, observed in opportunistic ways, are waiting to be defined
