ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The 42nd artwork in a dedicated series loosely based on the fortification designs of Vauban uses pre-painted ‘angles’ cut from artist’s canvas… as a collage on canvas. Although the composition looks minimalistic the application was more complicated because many of the individual blue and red pieces were interlinked at the gluing stage.
