GOGA is an artist who has developed her craft in different fields: progressing from digital art, design and photography to painting and collage. A digital artist and designer turns analog, as the world becomes digital with NFT’s and AI. GOGA rebels, replacing her computer for brushes, paints, paper and scissors. Her creative process starts with simple drawings of three dimensional space defined by curved near parallel black lines and the empty white space in between them. By cutting it into parts she gets the main elements, recognisable in all the pieces in this series. Similar to surrealism and abstract expressionism, her art practice emphases spontaneous, automatic, or subconscious creation. Her work is linked by the notion of intuition and the unconscious and her abstract practice is varied and invites the viewer to find his own interpretation of her work. Her work appears in a number of private collections across the UK and Europe.
