ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Inspired by Berlin in the summer of 2011, I travelled on my bike, recreating things in paper of places I'd been. At Wannsee, a wonderful lake towards Potsdam, there's this awesome brick bathing house and cute little 'strandkorb' or beach chairs dotted on the lake shore. Only a tiny wicker screen marks nude bathing from 'textiles'. This collage has been created with paper I found on my travels.
