_"Golden Fragment" is a visually captivating exploration of identity, fragmentation, and duality. This piece was inspired by the idea that we are all composed of various "fragments"—different aspects of our personality, experiences, and perceptions—coming together to form a whole. The use of gold was intentional, as it symbolizes both inner wealth and fragility. The choice to use fragmented geometric shapes mirrors how we often present ourselves in different ways to the world, while the dual mouths on the figure represent the inner dialogue or contradictions within each of us. This artwork was created using a mixed-media technique, combining digital painting with analog textures to achieve depth and complexity. Layering was key in the creation process; I wanted to mimic the feeling of rebuilding oneself from the inside out, as if each piece of the figure was carefully placed to tell a story. The golden tones give the work an ethereal, almost otherworldly feel, while the sharp geometric lines provide a sense of structure amidst the abstraction. I chose this surreal and abstract approach because it allows for a deeper level of interpretation. I hope that viewers will feel a connection to the idea of fractured identity and the constant evolution we experience as humans. This piece invites the observer to reflect on their own sense of self and the fragments that make up their existence. Physically, the artwork features textured layers that provide both visual and tactile depth. While the work itself is abstract, the quality of materials used ensures durability, and hanging hardware is included for ease of display. I wanted to create something not only visually engaging but also emotionally evocative, with the aim of sparking introspection in those who encounter it. Through "Golden Fragment," I hope to convey that even in our most broken or fragmented states, there is beauty and value to be found in the pieces."_
