About The Artwork

COMPLIMENTARY GIFT: As a gift to all who peruse this artwork, I have made a process video documenting the creation of this painting from start to finish. Please observe the making of ‘The Empress of Dobrota’ at the link below: ABOUT THE PAINTING: This work is the seventh painting created in my new fine art series called ‘The Mystics of Montenegro’, which is a growing body of paintings that I began creating in 2023 upon settling into my new residence in an ancient seaside village in Montenegro. (‘The Mystics of Montenegro’ series itself will have a total of 10 works, all of which are now available on Saatchi for purchase.) INFORMATION ABOUT THE ARTWORK: This artwork is hand painted using Old Master painting techniques on a digital screen and then using the Giclée technique, the painting is converted onto museum- quality Hahnemühle German Etching paper as the final physical artwork. It is an exclusive one-of-a-kind, 1 of 1 artwork and will never again be produced in this size or on this type of paper.—This means you will be the sole collector of this fine artwork worldwide.
