Leif Rogers was born in Aurora, Illinois, and grew up on what is now referred to as the Near East Side. Rogers studied criminal justice, computer science, and mathematics at Aurora University, graduating in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in computer science. Pursuing his passion for art, he then attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and graduated in 2006 with a bachelor's of fine art. Rogers is married and starting a family in Plainfield, Illinois.
