ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In Barcelona, it's interesting to see the city's iconic buildings from unexpected places. The Torre Glòries was visible from a low-traffic, forlorn road. The shutter of the street building was half open, and the graffiti drawn there was also cut in half. The pattern of the shadow of the tree in the sunlight of January was beautiful. I drew an interesting contrast between a place where everyone knows and a place where no one visits.

Find out more at I had a project to draw the streets of Barcelona on location, named "Everyday I draw Barcelona," which I continued every day for almost four years. When I go out, I always carry a piece of paper, markers and pencils so I can draw whenever I want. A few years ago, I started drawing on iPad as well. I draw everything that I find interesting and beautiful: city streets, nature scenes, people or animals.
