"Belonging No.3" is a abstract contemporary nature-inspired piece that is technically a drawing, but has a lot of painterly qualities. There are areas in the drawing where I have bold applications of pastel color next to lighter more delicate blending to achieve a heightened sense of textural contrast within subtle color shifts.
