Nataly was born in St. Petersburg in the year 1981. At age 16 she began doing art as a hobby, convinced it'll become her way of life. Later on in life she studied design in Petersburg's Technical University and Shtiglits' Art-Industry Academy; Being a member of the SBA (Shool of Barbaric Analitism). Since 1998 unti she muved to Spain Nataly actively worked at the workshop of the school's founder, A. V. Kondratyev. In her works is often noted the surprising attention to color and texture; the thin emotional veil giving breath to surface and individuality to the painting. Operating with the force of the lines, blotches and differing quantities of color material each with their own weight; the artist presents the painting like a concentrated point contained within its four borders, a lump of emotions and experiences within the specific context that is provided. Her artstyle formed from the vanguard russian tradition of the beginning of the 20th century, which despite all the hardships has managed to survive to this very day. One of the aspects of this tradition is the constructivist artistic conception; Under the surface of a painting there are "force lines", diagonals, shapes, that intertwine with one another and are later interpreted. That constitutes the frame of the infrastructure, the foundation on which the artpiece is laid upon. Gazing through the weft and revealing these "lines" to oneself, the spectator will be able to understand on a deeper level what the artist attempts to portray and their conception of the artpiece as a pictoric construct. It would be worth adding during the 20th century artistic era; constructivism, rationality and cold hard logic coexisted in perfect harmony with the expressive power, vividness and flashiness of color that invokes the spontaneous impression of nature. Not only do they get along well, they also compliment eachother: as one can't be imagined without the other. The pieces here presented possess these traits formed from the vanguard russian tradition of the beginning of the 20th century; the support of the constructive lines on the painting gives the compositions a certain muralistic quality. The complex relationship between the colors and strokes of familiar hues pulsating in their mutual fight give a sense of restlessness and internal movement to the pieces.
