About The Artwork

I was inspired by the painting titled " Raft of the Medusa" by Theodore Gericault while a life figure posing I hope to have viewers realize how many prior studies as sketches it takes for artists or artists to finish a painting to its final stages I chose the charcoal as a medium on Strathmore paper because of it s smooth surface
