About The Artwork

This is a drawing of George Washington when he lived at Mount Vernon ..he had just gotten new wooden teeth and he did not want me to do the drawing of him but he said " be fair as I have been in all matters of state " he also said next time I am in Washington please give his regards to John Adams and be sure to close the door there is a draft in here .would you like a brandy ? Kind sir , yes , and then I completed the drawing with one stroke of the pen .
