My Lefty Nude Arts are drawn with the ”wrong” hand; in my case the left one. The result is quite different from the perfection and precision that the right hand always strives for. In my work as an illustrator and graphic designer I spend every minute focusing on details, in front of the computer. But when I’m doing life drawing with the left hand instead, I’m forced to just let myself go with the flow… Lefty Nude Art is a tribute to imperfection, creativity and the simplicity that we discover when we take our eyes off the details. My new project, however, is a mixed technique on larger surfaces. Without a time frame, and now in color. Mixing right and left hand, mixing acrylic, pastel, and charcoal. All on a mixed selection of beautiful wallpaper rolls from the 70s.
