ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My Russian myth or Beauty in Russian - it is project about Russian women, who seek to be beautiful and stylish forgetting at the same time or not seeing true beauty of traditions. In the aspiration to meet illusive standards, the Russian woman becomes similar to other performers of world templates. "Beauty in Russian" is the search of the Russian female identity in a modern context presented by a series of self-portraits in which I wear on myself the Russian '' faces'', traditions, aphorisms. On a joint of combination of the Russian external and behaviour, household, historical image, beauty in Russian" is born modern ". The project consists of 6 works, made in digital painting.
