Description: This is the first in a series of parody drawings called "Art Pigstory". Inspired by a woman I met who helped develop the Muppet images, it won an Award at the New York Society of Illustrators. I showed it to Jim Henson in 1987 but unfortunately his company decided against publishing it. Born a small white male in the last century. Spent the next few decades experiencing a classic Canadian life. Still a work-in-progress, which is a good thing. I prefer sports to indolence; reading to television; and, despite early indoctrination by a sin-centred, prominent religious theocracy, developed into a hopeful agnostic. Spent a small amount of time in art school but a preference for realism means I'm primarily self-taught. As it turns out, reality restricts, so now I'm "experimenting" with alternative modes of creation. Things will likely get messy. Excellent!
