Soner Göksay (b. 1961, İzmir) is a Turkish painter and art educator. He graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting, and completed specialized training in painting restoration and conservation at the same institution. He is among the eight certified restorers officially approved by the Academy. Between 2000 and 2001, Göksay worked as an art therapist in collaboration with psychiatrists at the Erasmus Studio of Mental Health, contributing to healing processes through artistic practice. He later founded the 4th Dimension art group in Bodrum, bringing together artists and students from different disciplines to explore fundamental art principles, techniques, and art history. His involvement with the Bodrum art community continues actively. The artist also established ATÖLYE & Atölye Art Studio, where he provides education in fine arts academy preparation, art therapy, and specialized painting techniques. Since 1985, he has held numerous solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions. His works are included in private and institutional collections in Turkey and abroad. Currently based in Turkey, Soner Göksay continues to produce paintings characterized by strong technical discipline, symbolic depth, and a narrative approach rooted in human experience.
