About The Artwork
Inspired by the great Japanese culture, I wanted to apply my talent and skills in drawing the Samurai. I hope that the viewers will feel and see that I wanted to express the Samurai motto such as "A warrior is worthless unless he rises above others and stands strong in the midst of a storm." I chose the black pencil on white paper to reflect the true character of the Japanese Samurai.
