Watching TV Drawing - Limited Edition of 50

I'm a visual artist from Croatia interested in depicting all kinds of moods and emotions through different mediums.I graduated from Zagreb School of Design in 2011, but the love for art got the best of me. After college, I started making self-initiated highly-detailed digital collages which lead to many commercial and personal commissions, collaborations and a representation by Lumas gallery chain. I taught myself the basics of animation before returning to my first loves from kindergarten times - drawing and painting. It felt like I need to make up for lost time, so here I am - juggling painting, drawing, collage and film. Acquiring new skills means I'll be able to express myself better which is the ultimate goal. That, and having no regrets later. Common denominator in my work is interest in human conditions. Through painting, especially with quick brush strokes, I explore the immediacy and enjoy the spontaneity. As a viewer of such paintings in museums and galleries, I like that it looks like captured energy with aura of the artist gracing it. Drawing allows me to slowly and gently build the image in one sitting which I prefer during the low-key faze. Virtue of digital drawings and paintings, on the other hand, is its flexibility that salutes streams of consciousness without worrying about size, materials or mistakes.
