Painting “Broken Life”. Original artwork, mixed media (acrylic, oil, concrete on canvas) The size of the painting is 8x6 inches | 20x14 centimeters. The painting is one-of-a-kind, hand-signed on the front and backside of the canvas. The canvas is stretched onto a wooden stretcher frame and is ready to hang on the wall Made by Leah Larisa Bunshaft (#DIZLARKA) About this artwork. It is my visualization of pain and grief, mourning, tragedy, a state of transgression between the world of the living and the dead. Here light is swallowed up by darkness, all living things die, monochrome instead of the bright colors of life, broken herbarium instead of flowers. It is a broken heart that cannot be made whole again. It is a wreckage that will no longer be whole and forever scarred. Total entropy, a broken life. If you have felt even a fraction of this, then this artwork has taken place. The purpose of it is a reflection on the fact that only people, only their fanaticism and radicalism can create such pain in this world. This work is one of the "Emigration and Adaptation" series. You can see other works from this series in my portfolio and this store.
