About The Artwork
A self portrait inspired by the artist’s own creativity and love of fashion and culture. The term Kasa refers to a Japanese umbrella hat which seems to be a the focal point of this creation hence the name for the title of this self portrait. Printed on Gallery Nouveau quality Kodak Paper. Kodak print is known for its glowing highlights, high contrasts and more than 100 years of color fastness. All of Amber prints have a white edged border 2 cm thick dimensions including border (104 x 79 cm x 0,1 cm) This is a limited edition of 50 pieces (print to order) and comes with a the artists unique hand drawn digital signature. this signature is found on the front of all artworks by Modern Art by Amber, to verify originality.

I often like to mix iconic references with patterns and characters from my imagination. These self created characters and patterns were drawn without any references just a pure form creativity. I love classic cars, pop culture and creating and I love to celebrate these things with bold color. I hope that my art sparks joy in you and that you feel happy and excited.
