In this textile work, I fused drawing and embroidery while exploring the theme of lichens, those pretty yellow or green colours that can be found everywhere in the forests. A way to express the symbiosis between man and nature, made delicate by embroidery. I placed a real branch and a real piece of lichen found in my walks. The shades of natural colours on the white linen invite you to calm and the energy of art nourishes an atmosphere of tranquility. It's a tribute to the sweetness of life. The piece of embroidered linen is sewn on a white "linen like" sheet of 40 x40 cm (290g/m2) for easier framing. Delivered without frame.
