Ismayil Atmaca is a Toronto-based visual artist originally from Edirne, Turkiye. Self-taught and highly experimental, Atmaca specializes in natural light photography, working predominantly in black and white, monochrome, and color photography. His work, heavily influenced by his first camera from Germany, often explores the drama and emotion of urban environments through high-contrast imagery, geometric shapes, and abstract compositions.
