Artist | Emotional Resilience Advocate | Storyteller

I create art, experiences and conversations that help people reconnect with their resilience.

For over a decade, my work has explored themes of courage, self-belief, healing and human connection. Through vibrant artwork, storytelling and lived experience, I encourage people to look beyond the noise of everyday life and rediscover the strength that already exists within them.

My work has been recognised by Buckingham Palace, exhibited alongside iconic cultural and automotive stories, and supported charitable initiatives raising significant funds for causes including Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Samaritans.

Today, my focus extends beyond the canvas.

Alongside my creative practice, I am developing programmes, talks and resources centred around emotional resilience, wellbeing and the power of creative thinking. Drawing from personal experience, mindfulness practices, mental health advocacy and ongoing professional study, I aim to make conversations about resilience more accessible, hopeful and human.

Whether through a painting, a story, a workshop or a simple moment of reflection, my mission remains the same:

To help people find the extraordinary strength hidden within ordinary lives.

Shine on ☺️🩷🫶🏼
