About The Artwork

In the foreground appears Braque, creator of Cubism, a current that broke the pictorial surface into fragments that can no longer be reassembled virtually, without losing the recognizability of the object. On the back, behind the windows, Amelie, who spent her time "replacing things" that did not fit into the lives of those around her, lives fragmented into many pieces as if they were Cubist paintings. The painting, through the relationship between the two characters (Braque and Amelie), one real, the other imaginary, suggests a fragmented image of our "ego" (the internal environment in which they are), divided into many parts (memories, experiences, joys, sorrows, ideals, etc.), which, as in a cubist painting, seeks to find a compositional unity and a harmonious balance throughout life.

His paintings are been purchased by collectors in Italy, France, the United States, Finland, Germany, Israel, Brazil, Argentina, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland. In October 2009, with a solo exhibition inaugurated in Rome, in Via Veneto, at the Casa Argentina under the patronage of the Argentine Embassy in Italy, he started an interactive relationship with Argentine and Latin American culture.
