About The Artwork
This artwork was designed using Watercolors as I remember going to the hair dresser as a young girl. The salon would be filled with other girls getting their hair done for the start of school or a special holiday. I hope viewers will appreciate memories of growing up and developing into an adult. Although, there were times in development that did not feel so good, it made us better people in the end. I chose watercolor to illustrate this painting, because of its ability to blend into many different shades of beautiful hues. The hues also produce interesting values in shading as blending takes place.
