Hi, I’m Martin Lengechev, and I’m a visual artist living with ADHD. My mind is a canvas of constant motion — bursting with color, ideas, and emotion. For me, art isn’t just a passion — it’s how I process the world, focus my energy, and translate inner chaos into beauty. My artistic style is deeply influenced by the unique lens of ADHD. I gravitate toward colors, layered textures, and spontaneous brushwork. Each piece is an emotional snapshot — a moment of intensity, curiosity, or wonder captured before it slips away. Sometimes my paintings are abstract explosions of color; other times, they’re intricate narratives that tell a story only I could have noticed. What ties them all together is a sense of movement and urgency — an impulse to create before the feeling fades. ADHD means I thrive in creative chaos. My studio is a whirlwind of unfinished canvases and scattered ideas, but every element has a purpose—even if I don’t always realize it at first. Living with ADHD has taught me to honor my creative rhythm, not fight it. My art is not about perfection or polish—it’s about presence. I paint what I feel, when I feel it, and I trust that others will feel it too. Thank you for letting me share my world with you.
