This is part of a series of paintings based on the animals who live in our "Accidental Animal Rescue Center here in California. Magritte is the inspiration for the style. This subject is "Alberta". Her mother was the rescue animal. She had been set on fire and required a lot of care. She gave birth to five kittens - Alberta is one of them.
