Alex - Feline Eyes Painting

Alex is a painting of my mother's Maine Coon Cat. He enjoyed chasing our dogs around the house. He was very playful, and he had very intense eyes. The painting started out as a watercolor painting but transitioned into an Oil / mixed media painting. He is one of my favorite cat paintings I've done. My goal was to convey his personality through the intensity of his Eyes.
