Andalusian House Painting

"I love the color as Van Gogh, the contrast as Matisse, to travel as Gauguin and the iPad as Hockney." I consider myself a multidisciplinary artist with a great vocation in painting. I recognize the habitual use of pure colors (and some unusual materials), generating works that are deeply linked to the practice with the elements. Currently I am in constant development and training, opening doors to exploration through abstraction, the use of mix-media, generative art, sound or video creation. In these last few years of brushstrokes I have also had my non-materialistic season, reaching digital painting and programming. On my more contemporary side I try to do an exercise to take risks, let go of attachments and experiment with new ideas. Many times the materials themselves guide the creation. Anything can become art during the unique creative process: the lid of a bottle, a coffee capsule, the cutting of a vinyl, etc. I like to prioritize objects that are related to everyday life and see how they become re-contextualized cultural objects, going from normality to artistic excellence. I completed the Degree in Arts at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), with very few credits left to finish, and painting and curator studies as specialities. My recent collections are: Galiano squared; Cage of wild animals; Whiskers; graphic culturalism; I give you a flower; Pixel-ism; Bubble Sea; The FKN Forum; Squared; Rice with things and ColorCliché.
