Back in my studio after a short break, I'm always amazed by the changes and influences that push my work forward. This painting began as an agave plant, but it felt too constrained, so I evolved it. While the plant remains, the painting now feels more like my own style. I'm really enjoying the colours. My works are unapologetically colourful by nature. The name "Aquarius" came to me while I was working, reminding me of a groovy, happy song I once heard at a teenager's house when we were little and being cared for while our parents vacationed. This style truly represents my work—colourful, patterned, and graphic, with some intricate details. Enjoy. The edges are painted, so framing is not required, and it's ready to ship.
