Anne Chasset-Lecomte, born on August 6th, 1966 in the Loire Valley (France), paints since 2003. “I am an intermediary between the invisible and the visible. I paint as I pray. When I paint, I do not know what is going to emerge on the canvas. I clear my head, choose the color, and let myself be carried by an intuitive gesture. It is time to let go and connect to another dimension. I send a request, and the picture takes life. When I paint for a friend, mainly angels, the painting corresponds to a precise need. Lorsque je peins, je ne sais pas ce qui va s’inscrire sur la toile. Je fais le vide, choisis la couleur, et me laisse porter par un geste intuitif. Je peins comme je prie. C’est un moment de retrait, de lâcher-prise et de connexion à une autre dimension. J’envoie une demande, et le tableau prend vie. Il m’arrive régulièrement de peindre pour un(e) ami(e), principalement des anges, et le tableau correspond alors à un besoin précis. Il est prêt à faire son œuvre, pour le meilleur évidemment !”
