This is a picture of illusion. This is a portrait of the great Greek scientist Archimedes. At the same time, the moment of his death is depicted here. Legend has it that Archimedes died: in the midst of the battle, 75-year-old Archimedes was sitting on the doorstep of his house, pondering the drawings he had made just on the sand. At this time, a Roman soldier running past stepped on the drawings, and an indignant scientist rushed at the Roman, shouting: "Do not touch my drawings!". The soldier stopped and cold-bloodedly cut the old man with a sword.

The most famous in the world due to his series of illusions, which the author himself calls "Dvovzory" (which translates as "Double vision" or "Double Look").Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2000. Awarded the title "Honored Artist of Ukraine". Laureate of several artistic awards. The works are in the collections of the National Taras Shevchenko Museum in Kyiv, the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the International Fund "Cultural Heritage" (St. Petersburg), as well as in private collections of many countries of the world.
