Asian Spring Painting

Kasia Pawlak is a Singapore and Portugal based artist, originally from Warsaw, Poland. She developed her interest in painting while watching her mother paint and since then began her love and devotion to painting. She started her journey painting realistic landscapes and nudes using oils and pastels to finally discover her favourite medium acrylics and abstract style. She spent a few years living in different parts of the world, like Japan, France and Singapore. In her portfolio you will find landscapes, skies, cityscapes, pure abstracts and still life. Her originals and prints have been sold across the world, from Europe to Japan, Australia and the U.S. She never knows what her paintings will look like at the end as the process is spontaneous and fast. When she paints, she loves diving into the world of light and shadow, experimental shades and unexpected hues to discover a harmonious colour scheme in the final piece.
