“At 6AM, it was like this” Painting

Antecipation is what one feels every time we go in the water. That first moment, when you hit the sand and you look at the wave conditions. Really, in those seconds, there´s just you and the ocean. Everything else fades around you. I painted this one on top of several layers of paper wich give it a textured feeling i’m always going after. You can see the places where the layers end and meet and all the wrinkles and bounces.
