About The Artwork

Story about the painting: "Many of us have already experienced the feeling of attachment to another person. This feeling is often associated with love and usually first appears in the mother-child relationship. However, this feeling is natural to people regardless of their age. We often have a feeling of emotional attachment especially to the closest people, the ones we love the most. Sometimes it can be beautiful, but at other times it can be devastating. This painting, on which there are stones and already corroded by rust, i.e. a very old metal chain, was inspired by a life-long partner relationship that I know intimately. Two people in advanced old age share a love so pure and sincere that many of us can only dream of. They lasted their whole lives together and always held each other and found each other's support. As if their love was solid, stable and eternal like the stones in the painting and as if they were connected by an invisible unbreakable chain. This painting reminds of the importance and significance of such a connection."

I have been interested in visual arts and music since childhood. Painting in particular has always been a key element of my life. Whenever I could, I painted. In my youth, however, I didn't think that art could support me, so I graduated from an economics university and then worked in the hotel industry for 10 years in a well-paid management position. However, I felt more and more that I was not following the right path. I needed to express my visual creativity, imagination. That's why I graduated from an art university and fully returned to my age-old passion - painting. In my work, I tried to paint through the eyes of the masters of academia. The Hungarian masters of the 20th century István Sándorfy, Zsolt Bodoni, László Nyári and Tibor Csernus, had a great influence on me. Gradually, however, I found my style, my means of expression. Now I know for sure that I am going the right way, my unique way. I can let my wild imagination run free and paint works that are of interest all over the world. Sometimes so much so that I can barely keep up in time. My style is very laborious and demanding, and you can't finish a painting in a few days. But I am happy that I have it and that I can devote myself to it fully.
