Olasumbo Wright is a contemporary Nigerian artist. Through her artistry, she skillfully captures the diverse and sophisticated tapestry of African heritage, showcasing the richness of the continent and its people. Grounded in her belief in art's profound ability to pique curiosity, Olasumbo endeavours to imbue each face and environment in her work with deep meaning and symbolism. Academically, Olasumbo holds an MA in Marketing Communication from Edge Hill University, UK, and a BA (Hons) in Creative Arts with a specialization in Visual Arts from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. In addition to her visual art pursuits, she extends her creative talents to writing and illustrating her first self-published children's book, titled "Luna's Spaceship Idea."
