Bar Lesson- Mozart Piano Sonata No.15 in C Major Painting

This Fresco painting installation depicts a single ballerina practicing at the bar to the music of Mozart's Piano Sonata No.15 in C Major. The pictures is comprised of two elements: the ballerina motion captured as if by a camera(frame by frame,so to speak) and the opening measures from the score of the sonata. Additionally I've made use of only three colors which to me help clarify and convey motion. For me fresco painting is the best medium for capturing movement,especially the motion of a moving human body. I believe this because in fresco there is only one chance at capturing the image--mistake cannot be made due to drying times. Fresco painting seems very musical to me as well, perhaps because of the pure colors used make me think of musical tones.
