Keith Gibbons gained a BA in three dimensional design at High Wycombe College, Buckinghamshire, and an MA in Furniture Design at the Royal College of Art in London. During this time he had work exhibited at John Moores Liverpool Exhibition at the Walker Gallery, the Young Contemporaries at the Tate, and at the Whitechapel Gallery. He also had work shown in the Manchester City Art Gallery, and the Ikon Gallery.
Since then, most of his work has been in furniture design and making, murals and interior accessories, now returning to painting.
