Bold Love Heals Painting

I am an artist, Neurographica Specialist and Transformational Creativity Coach based in Carmel, California. My extensive background as a lifelong creative, an interior designer and award winning jewelry designer have served as essential factors in developing my eye for color and form. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, I returned home to the Monterey Peninsula, where I was introduced to the Italian master painter, Roberto Lupetti. While enrolled in an interior design program, I was selected as one of five students to be mentored by the late artist to hone my skills in realism. After a neck injury in 2017, I focused on painting to utilize art’s meditative process to deal with pain management resulting from the injury. In 2020, during the global pandemic, I evaluated my priorities and made a career decision to become a full time artist and transformational coach. I obtained a credential in Transformational Life Coaching through Sofia University while continuing to expand my body of artwork. I extensively researched the psychological benefits of art making and created a transformational creativity course, a creative process for healing and personal growth at the heart and soul level. In 2022, through an extensive certification process I became a Neurographica Specialist. A method which combines art, psychology and neuroscience for managing anxiety, transforming limiting beliefs and emotional well-being. Influenced by positivity, healing and spirituality, my art and prose are a visual expression of the love I would like to share with the world. It is my hope and desire that through my art, we realize we are all interconnected, and that there is no greater power for positive change in ourselves and the world than the love and kindness we freely give from our heart.
