About The Artwork

'Nibble slowly' is a raw love pure chocolate project I did for Elisabeth Chocolate in Paris. The 'notes on love' illustrations are inspired by the book 'How to love' by Thich Nhat Hanh. Everyone knows that blaming and arguing never help; and we forget. Conscious breathing helps us to develop the ability to stop at a crucial moment, to keep ourselves from saying or doing something we regret later. Practice conscious breathing when things are going well with your partner, then it will be there for you when things get hard.

I am a mother of two beautiful sons (12 and 14). We live in Brussels. I've been working for 17 years in the fashion business as a concept designer. I love to paint, write and travel (preferably in China, Portugal and US). Besides, I love music, architecture and nature very much as well. IG @lizesiska
