ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This 'Carrots and Peas' painting is part of a series of fruit and vegetable design based illustrations I created after our third child was born. At the time I was eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in order to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I just couldn't resist painting the rich contrasting colours of the carrots and freshly picked garden peas.
