CLOSURE Painting

Created with Acrylics, Spray Paint, and Oils to achieve multilayer, and depth to the eye, with high-quality materials. This piece was inspired by a moment of solitude and calmness after a storm of decision-making and life stages closing in. I believe, most people can relate to the state of closure as an overwhelming feeling but peaceful emotion. It is hard as an artist to say why we do what we do because sometimes we act in our canvases out of compulsion. Nevertheless, this piece has a though trough process, to represent as accurately as possible these emotions. Blurry and abstract on the brushstrokes, as a means to identify confusion and excitement, leading to fun experiences, which meant to be over.
