Born in 1971 in Tashkent and now based in Cancún, Spiros has developed a distinctive painterly language defined by bold palette-knife structures and chromatic intensity.
His earlier work was rooted in contemporary impressionism, including seascapes, urban scenes, and florals inspired by Caribbean light. In recent years, his practice has evolved into what he defines as Ornamental Expressionism.
In this approach, ornament is not used as decoration, but as an organizing principle of pictorial structure. The human presence emerges through rhythmic surface construction, layered color, and controlled fragmentation of form.
His works are held in private collections internationally.
A studio archive and available works are presented on his official website.
