This picture was painted in autumn 2024 in Spain. The picture is part of a cycle dedicated to Spanish traditions, people, culture. This original one-of-a-kind painting was created with mixed media texture, charcoal drawing and acrylic painting. DETAILS: Size: 39 x 47 inches (100 x 120 cm) Sides: The sides are painted (white), so the painting can be hung without a frame. Materials: I use only the best quality professional acrylics. All works are protected with a UV layer for archival color stability which protects from sunlight and also provides a beautiful textured finish. DELIVERY: This painting will be delivered from Spain, from my studio in Malaga. The painting will be sent by DHL company with a tracking number. I guarantee excellent packaging and safety of all my paintings during their transportation to any country. ✔ This painting will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. Rolling artwork can be easily placed on wooden frame by a local developer upon arrival. This method is especially safe for this artwork, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Victoria Dael, (birth name — Victoria Belyakova, born in 1982, Moscow, USSR. Lives and works in Malaga, Spain. Two views are merged together in Victoria`s creative work: the view of an artist and the view of a cinematographer. Classical epochs and styles interpreted by the artist based on contemporaneity are involved into their orbit. A dramatic confrontation comes to the fore between culture and barbarism, erosion of cultural space experienced by our world. Victoria studies history creating profound and composite images. She uses her own artist technique, characterized by the combination of different factures, elements of drawing and collage. The artist perceives the world as a palimpsest in which every epoch preserves its “cultural layer”. Like camera focus Victoria`s artistic method aggregates not only several plans into perfect composition, but also turns ancient images, landscapes, remains of the Golden Age into a metaphor. Victoria works with “cultural memory”, inviting us to make a long way to comprehend great heritage of Art.
