"Ci siamo incontrati al cinema. Ti ricordi?" Painting

With a cycle of Acrylic Paintings on canvas and other bases I immerse myself again full time in what for me is Passion and Experience: Art.

I studied at the Art High School of Via Ripetta and later attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, where I spent years refining my skills in anatomical studies and life drawing.

My path has had its roots in abstract expressionism, influenced by artists such as Afro Basaldella, Piero Dorazio, Emilio Vedova and the broader tradition of American abstractionism.

In the last decade, however, I have rediscovered a strong attraction for figurative art.

I have been drawing and painting since I was six years old, inspired by my father Umberto, a self-taught painter with remarkable creative intuition.

Painting has been for me a daily “continuous cycle” job.

Always in the professional field, I have dedicated these last years to visual communication and advertising for companies.
Profession, which I still carry out today and which has allowed me since the beginning to experiment with interesting digital techniques and ways.

The first cycle of paintings with which I present myself within this portal is dedicated to portraiture.
