Colorful Soul Painting

Art has always been a constant in Michelle's career. Daughter of an artist, she remembers with nostalgia those years when she first experimented in the form of play with textures, smells, and colors in her father's atelier. She has a degree in Architecture from UPM, and she uses art as a necessary cathartic exercise in search of balance. Undoubtedly, the life experience of this artist has a transversal influence on her work. There is a predominant desire to tell, to present a point of view about the reality that she perceives, through visual metaphor and symbolism. After being educated in various countries such as France, Spain, and Morocco, the influence of different cultures reflects in its themes those diffuse borders linked to concepts such as the body, identity, and contradictions that coexist and share space on the canvas without apparent discussion. The discussion begins outside, in the eyes of the observer.
